Thank you for using Quality Construction.
Please check the theme options on Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Front Page Options to hide that section on home page. Check all the options available on Appearance > Customize and check all the theme settings there.
To add another logo on after the place of first logo, you need to customize the theme, because this theme have not such options to add two logos.
Note: Child Theme is recommended to customize theme.
