Hello jcdpromo,

To limit slider speed in free version you have to customize php file. For that Please follow following Steps.

1. Go to Theme Folder
2. Go to section-parts
3. Open section-testimonials.php file
4. Follow this screenshot http://prntscr.com/habm4b

I hope now you can change the slider speed.
