Hello @judibonilla,
Thank you so much for purchasing our premium products. At first, Download the premium theme from My Account page and then install and activate WordPress theme. After that, you will get an option to add license under the Appearance of the WordPress admin panel.

P.S.: Free theme will not automatically go to a pro, you need to install and activate it as well.
